Do you ship to my country?
No matter which country you order from, you will get your stuff.
Yes, we ship Worldwide.

Where is your company based and how long until I get my order?
We are based in the United States of America. However, we partner with several global merchants and manufacturers to be able to offer you the products with the best price-quality relationship.
Some of our products will be shipped from international warehouses in Thailand, China, India, and USA, shipping is free.
Because we are sending you your items from those global partners and we do our best to keep it low-cost for you paying for the shipping ourselves, please give your item 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.

How long until my order is processed?
Usually it takes 3-7 business days to process the orders.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Credit Card and Paypal.

Can I use more than one discount code in the same order?
Unfortunately you can only use one discount code per order, unless stated otherwise.

What about customs?
Depending on the country you are buying from, its customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, sometimes with no explanation!
This is uncommon, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest contacting their office and ask that they release your items ASAP.

Note: if somehow your order remains kept by customs forever, we'll send you a replacement!
